He played for the Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, Sacramento Kings, Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans, Los Angeles Lakers, Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Cleveland Cavaliers. Rondo won an NBA Championship with the Boston Celtics in Rondo was selected with the 21st overall pick in the first round of the NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. Rondo played college basketball for the University of Kentucky.
