    Johny Joseph, better known by the stage name Kundara Johny (1 January 1952 – 17 October 2023), was an Indian actor in Malayalam cinema. He additionally performed in Tamil films such as Vaazhkai Chakram and Nadigan.

    Johny made his debut, at the age of 23, through the 1979 Malayalam movie, Nithya Vasantham, playing a 55-year-old character.[1]

    Personal life and death

    Johny was married to Stella, a Hindi professor at Fatima Mata National College, Kollam.[2] He died of a heart attack at a private hospital in Kollam, on 17 October 2023, at the age of 71.[3][

    Indian actor

    Imran Chakravarthy, also known mononymously as Johnny, is an Indian former actor and son of S. S. Chakravarthy. He debuted in Renigunta alongside Sanusha. It was produced by his father's banner, NIC Arts.[2] He worked again with his debut film director, R. Panneerselvam for his next spelfilm 18 Vayasu alongside Gayathrie Shankar.[3]

    He was to act in director Shiva Gnanam's Deal,[4] but the cast and crew later changed.[5]
