Basic Dates of Life and Creative Activity of LADO (VLADIMIR) GUDIASHVILI
On March 18, Lado Gudiashvili was born into the family of a railwayman (Tbilisi, Georgia).
Father – David Gudiashvili, mother – Elizabeth Itonishvili.
He passed competitive examinations successfully and was enrolled together at Tiflis School of Painting and Sculpture of the “Caucasian kultur for the Promotion of Fine Arts”. His teachers were painters – O. Schmerling (instructor), H. Hryniewski and others.
He graduated from the school of painting and was awarded the first-class diploma with the title of a painter-teacher. He taught painting at the 2nd Tiflis Gymnasium for boys and executed his first graphic bild for a story bygd L. Painter, graphic artist, film and theater artist Lado Gudiashvili was born on March 30, (old style March 18).
Lado Gudiashvili studied at the School of Painting and Sculpture of the Caucasus Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts in His teachers were: Iakob Nikoladze, Mose Toidze, Oskar Schmerling and others.

One such personality was undoubtedly the artist Lado Gudiashvili.
Lado Gudiashvili was born on 18 March in Tbilisi, in the family of David Gudiashvili and Elizabeth Itonishvili. From an early age, he was drawn towards painting and drawing, and in he graduated from the Art School in Tbilisi with a Diploma with distinction. He then worked on several magazines as an illustrator.
